Kim's Admin Dashboard
See every active client at a glance — where they are in their 30-day journey, their last check-in, unread messages, and who's gone quiet. Filter by habit, progress, or date enrolled. No more guessing who needs attention.

Private Client Portal
Each client gets their own login. Inside: their 30-day habit journey laid out by week and module (Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Movement, Personal Growth, Self Reflection), their progress, and direct access to Kim. No app download required — works on any phone browser.

Daily Habit Check-Ins
Clients check in each day on their habits — simple, fast, satisfying. Kim sees the data on her dashboard. Clients build streaks. No more spreadsheets or Notion forms that feel like homework.

Private 1:1 Messaging
Real direct messaging between Kim and each individual client — not a group forum, not a comment thread. A private conversation. Kim can send encouragement, answer questions, and check in. Clients can reach out without posting publicly. Both sides get notified.

Food Log + Progress Photos
Clients log meals and upload before/after photos directly in their portal. Kim can view them from the admin dashboard. Replaces the Notion food log and B+A photo sections that are currently locked and disconnected.

Branded Public Site (Elevated)
The public-facing neversettlelife.com elevated to match the quality of what you deliver. Services, about, contact, booking (Acuity stays) — all under your brand, fully custom. A site that reflects who you are the moment someone lands on it.

Client Onboarding + Login System
When Kim enrolls a new client, they get an email invite with their login. Secure, private, no shared passwords. Kim can add/remove/pause clients from the dashboard. Built-in enrollment flow so onboarding takes 60 seconds.
